Our partnerships

• Working together in the region 📍

  Rijn IJssel connects education, government and social organisations.
  We do this through initiatives like the Care Coalition and our research group on Energy Transition. As part of the Lifeport-network, we work on smart solutions for regional challenges.With Into Arnhem Studeren, we help make the region stronger as a learning place.In this way, we contribute to the Human Capital Agenda of Arnhem-Nijmegen.

• Working with businesses 💼

  We work with companies to create hands-on education that matches the job market. Students do internships, work on real assignments or learn at the workplace. With partners like Alliander, Pleyade and Siza, we link learning and working. Employers are involved and help with retraining. This creates a strong and steady flow of skilled professionals.

• Strategic partners 🤝

  Together with partners like ROC Nijmegen, we focus on lifelong learning and retraining for adults. We design study programmes based on what the regional job market needs. With UWV, local governments and The Economic Board, we promote equal opportunities for all. This creates a learning network where education and the job market grow stronger together.

• International partnerships 🌍

  We work with schools and companies abroad to make international experience part of our learning. By teaming up in projects, exchange programmes and internships, we build strong connections – across borders. Rijn IJssel is an active member of European knowledge networks like The Dutch Alliance, the EBBD-netwerk and the MBO-raad netwerk Internationaal.
